1.新鲜春笋,这笋蛮好,还是黄头笋呢。

2.剥去笋壳,削去根部老硬部分,切大块冷水下锅焯水3分钟去除草酸。

3.取适量笋切粗条。

4.锅中放油,下入蒜白部分炒香,放入笋翻炒,烹入料酒、生抽,加少许水焖烧一会。

5.加盐调味,放入蒜苗叶子炒匀。
